The firm has correspondents in all major Venezuelan ports among them La Guaira, Maracaibo, Guanta, Puerto Ordaz, Amuay, Puerto Sucre and Puerto Cabello.
Anna Karina Leiva holds a law degree from the Venezuelan Central University, 1992. She attended to the Merchant Maritime Institute where she got a specialization degree in International Maritime Commerce. Mention: Shipping Law, 1996. She studied at The Chartered Insurance Institute. London, 1998. She has worked in private and public areas.

María José Rodríguez holds a law degree from the Venezuelan Central University, 1960 and a Doctorate degree from the Carabobo University, 1971. She was a judge for more than 33 years and now retired as a Superior Judge. She was a member of the Supreme Court and the Judicial Council. She has published more than ten books, with several other publications.
